Insurance Recruitment Consultant — 360 Role with Growth

FJN Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support and grow our insurance-focused recruitment services. You will manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for clients and candidates, developing a personal panel of insurance clients while supporting and training under the MD guidance.

The role is a full 360 recruitment position based in the Horsham area, with emphasis on business development, candidate sourcing and building lasting client relationships.
