Eyewear Consultant & Customer Care Advocate

Boots Opticians in Tonbridge is looking for a friendly Retail Assistant to join our shopfloor team. You will greet customers, listen to their needs, and help them find the right eyewear or service while delivering excellent patient care.

You will be involved in dispensing glasses and contact lenses, assisting with eye-tests pre-screening, and providing aftercare support. You’ll keep the sales floor tidy and ensure great customer experience.
