Support Worker: Mental Health & Learning Disabilities

Leo Recruits is seeking a dedicated care assistant to provide person-centred support with daily living activities and personal care in a UK setting. The role requires assisting individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities, safely administering medications, assisting with meals, mobility, hygiene and daily routines.

You will promote independence, dignity and social inclusion while monitoring health, maintaining records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
