Remote Women’s Gambling Support Specialist

Betknowmore UK is seeking a New Beginnings Supporter to help deliver our women-only service for gambling harm. You will manage a caseload from onboarding through aftercare, facilitate group programmes and provide one-to-one support in a flexible, home-based role with occasional in-person attendance.

You will maintain accurate support plans and records, escalate risk when needed, and work with colleagues to promote New Beginnings at events and in the community.
