I’m recruiting for an experienced Assembly and Test Technician to support the assembly, testing and commissioning of specialist electronic products within a defence engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Electromechanical assembly of electronic products.
• RF testing of PCBAs and system sub-assemblies.
• Using automated and manual test equipment.
• Fault finding and repairing non-conforming products.
• Commissioning and final acceptance testing of systems.
• Recording test results and maintaining technical documentation.

Essential Experience

• Hands‑on electromechanical assembly experience.
• Experience using a range of automated and manual test equipment.
• Basic understanding of electronic principles.
• Fault‑finding and troubleshooting experience.
• RF testing experience would be advantageous.
