E-bike Mobile Mechanic

• Diagnosing and repairing e-bikes and/or e-scooters using approved parts and tools
• Meeting daily repair targets to maintain fleet availability
• Carrying out small repairs and maintenance tasks
• Reporting destroyed and damaged vehicles that would require workshop repair,
• Supporting the team with additional duties when required
• Perform on-street repairs and maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical issues
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Keep accurate service records
