Your Requirements:
As anOvernight Floor Managerwe would love you to have:
- Experience working as a Overnight Floor Managerin a similar fast-paced environment which will be tested at trial/interview stage
- Excellent English language communication skills are required
- The ability to lead team by example and promote team work
- Flexible availability, working any 5 days a week between Monday – Sunday
- Deep respect for diversity and individuality
- Take full ownership in your role, fostering entrepreneurial spirit and celebrate initiative-taking
- The ability to maintain set processes and standards
