Assistant Site Manager – Interiors (Residential RC Frame)

Fawkes & Reece Group are working with a leading residential developer to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a Dartford RC Frame project of 300+ units. You will assist in overseeing internal build from 1st fix to handover and gain exposure to external works as you progress toward Site Manager.

You will manage subcontractors and trades, ensure high health and safety standards, maintain quality across 100+ RC Frame apartments, and help keep a tight program and budget.
