Senior HR Officer: Employee Relations & Compliance

We Are Zenith is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support managers in delivering the HR strategy. You will manage recruitment/selection, absence, disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working, and family-friendly policies, while ensuring audit readiness and policy compliance.

You will work with the HR team to process investigations, prepare papers for hearings and liaise with external agencies. The role requires Level 5/7 HR qualification and strong employee relations experience.
