Front Desk & Membership Coordinator

Base71 Youth Zone in Barnsley is seeking a Reception and Membership Assistant to be the first point of contact for members and visitors. You will manage the busy reception, ensure smooth entry to sessions, and accurately record attendance and payments.

You will also process new memberships, direct calls, maintain the membership database and carry out regular communications with members. The role focuses on front-of-house operations and efficient membership management within a community youth
