Senior Supporter Care Lead | Hybrid Work

Morgan Law is recruiting a Senior Supporter Care Officer for a charity based in Central London. The role is permanent with a hybrid working pattern (2 days on-site, 3 days working from home).

You will ensure supporters receive a positive, memorable experience when contacting the charity and handle compliant, efficient supporter care operations. You will act as a senior operational lead within Supporter Care, supervise staff and suppliers, and lead projects to improve satisfaction and retention.
