Retail Shop Leader — Customer Experience & Ops

BOYLE Sports in Chadderton is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the shop and team in the Shop Manager’s absence. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, handle opening and closing, and process bets via EPOS.

You will lead by example, drive shop presentation, communicate effectively, maintain cash procedures, and work to promote the brand across multi-channel journeys while upholding social responsibility and security procedures.
