Property Manager – London, 150-Unit Portfolio

Round Pegs Property Recruitment Ltd in London SW16 seeks a personable Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties with a strong emphasis on organisation and independent workload management.

The role includes diary management for visits, handling queries, organizing certificates, service charges, invoicing landlords, deposits, inventories and tenancy agreements. ARLA qualifications are advantageous; minimum 2 years’ experience required. Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm. Salary £34,000–£37,000.
