HR Advisor – Edinburgh Hybrid (Maternity Cover)

Bield Housing & Care in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our friendly HR team on a maternity cover contract. This role focuses on employee relations, case management and practical people-focused advice to managers and colleagues.

You’ll manage a varied caseload, support recruitment, respond to employee queries, payroll processes and lifecycle administration, with hybrid working from Edinburgh and standard hours, starting 9 November 2026 and initial fixed-term of 3 months.
