Turnaround ETE Officer: Education & Employment Advocate

Kent County Council is seeking an Education, Training and Employment (ETE) Officer for the Turnaround team in Kent. The role focuses on enhancing Adolescent Early Help by providing specialist support to improve attendance, engagement and attainment for a target group of children.

Posts are funded by the Ministry of Justice until March 2029, require DBS check, and involve working with schools, families and partners across Folkestone, Dover, Ashford and Canterbury with a customer-facing remit.
