Howden in London is offering a Talent Acquisition Apprenticeship Programme starting January 2027. You will begin in a permanent role while completing a structured 18-month development programme.

You will work in-office 3-4 days a week and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, marketing and talent strategy, with a focus on candidate engagement and learning.

No prior insurance experience is required; training will cover everything you need to know to succeed.
