HR Coordinator: Path to Advisor, Flexible Hours & Holidays

Connected Engineering is seeking an HR Administrator/Coordinator to join a growing engineering business. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, run onboarding, manage HR data and take ownership of routine processes within a small, busy HR team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll handle recruitment coordination, BPSS screening and system administration (HiBob). The role offers variety, training, and a clear path toward an Advisor role within a regulated engineering environment.
