Higher Education & Careers Pathways Lead

St Paul’s Way Trust School in London is seeking a proactive Higher Education Coordinator to lead and develop our careers and higher education programme, ensuring students receive high‑quality guidance and opportunities.

You will work with students, staff, universities and external partners to raise aspirations and support progression pathways, integrating Gatsby Benchmarks, the CDI Framework and CEIAG guidance across the curriculum.
