French-Speaking Automotive Helpdesk Engineer (Hybrid)

MSX International is seeking an Automotive Helpdesk Engineer to liaise with Dealership personnel at all levels, with Team Leaders and Project Management on vehicle histories, trends, and analysis, and with Customer Engineers on Helpdesk issues. You will record data, participate in training exchanges, accept other assignments, write and circulate data to colleagues, and support company documentation.

Fluent in French and English; engineering or automotive background is a plus.
