• Become a specialist in how the vehicles, characters, and systems should behave, bringing real-world cars to life authentically
• Contribute ideas to help shape the game
• Find issues and edge cases that others miss
• Suggest smarter ways to test, track, and report
• Challenge assumptions and push the quality bar forward
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to produce a shared creative vision
• Help prepare a new AAA IP for players using industry-leading technology
