Part-Time Health, Safety & Compliance Lead

Rapid Repair Network is seeking a part-time Health, Safety & Compliance Manager to own and embed our health, safety and compliance framework. Immediate start, based in Minstead, Hampshire, with responsibility for RAMS, COSHH, audits and reporting to the Board.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on H&S experience in automotive/engineering or related sectors, strong knowledge of UK requirements, and a coaching-led approach. Travel to support technicians and subcontractors is expected.
