Fawkes & Reece Group in Kent seeks an IT support specialist for full-time onsite work at our Aylesford site and nearby SE London. You will provide frontline and second-line support for hardware, network, and software across site offices and head offices.
You will gather requirements from project managers, quantity surveyors, and site agents to map as-is and to-be workflows, assist rollout of construction IT platforms, and train staff while maintaining SOPs.
