Serious Injury Claims Lawyer – RTA & Settlement Expert

Minster Law Ltd seeks a qualified solicitor or Fellow of CILEx to manage a portfolio of serious injury claims for Minster Law clients, predominantly RTA-based, with case values up to £50,000. You will deliver excellent client care and contribute to the department’s success.

Responsibilities include regular client meetings, collaboration with multiple experts, drafting documents, and pursuing appropriate settlements. Travel to meetings in England and Wales may be required.
