Beauty Store Lead: Customer Experience & Events

THG plc, Lookfantastic Bristol, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running the store and to lead in the manager’s absence. You will keep exceptional customer experience at the forefront and motivate the team to drive service, sales and overall store performance.

You will lead ongoing team education, manage events calendar, and ensure seamless customer journeys from welcome to purchase, while meeting KPIs and product launch focuses.
