Roche is launching an Early in Career Development Programme in UK Diagnostics. The position is Graduate Project Excellence Manager based in Burgess Hill, Sussex, for a 2-year programme from Sept 2027 to Aug 2029.
The role focuses on delivering projects, coaching through accreditations, and building capability within the team. You will liaise with senior managers to support delivery, lead trainings/workshops, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive impact for patients and stakeholders.
