Creideas is hiring for Customer Service Agents for a fantastic client based in Manchester city centre. The role is on a temp to permanent basis, paying £13.80 per hour with a 35-hour week and hybrid working. Start date: 26th October.
You will be the friendly, trusted point of contact for clients across chat, phone and email, taking ownership of issues through to resolution and supporting partners with account updates. Full training provided.
