Customer Support & Admin Liaison (Design Team)

ESP Utilities Group is seeking a number of Customer Support Representatives to join our Leatherhead office. The role sits within the design team and focuses on administrative activities that support the team and ensure we deliver in line with SLAs, while building relationships with customers during network development.

You will maintain records in our core system, log customer interactions, assist with day-to-day activities with design engineers, and prepare regular reports.
