Interim Store Lead – Elevate Customer Experience

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to help deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist with front-end operations, cash handling, merchandising, cleanliness and safety while taking on Manager on Duty duties during shifts.

This temporary role supports the business during peak times or a leave, offering leadership exposure and the chance to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
