Savings Customer Ambassador – In-Branch Service & Growth

The Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Savings Customer Ambassador for our Burton-on-Trent branch. This 12-month FTC role is full-time (35 hours weekly) and on-site, with a starting salary of £25,000 rising to £25,500 after full competence.

You’ll deliver friendly service to customers face-to-face or by phone, supporting the end-to-end journey in our branch network. You’ll contribute to savings growth and retention, understand customer needs, and refer relevant services to help customers
