Council Tax & Benefits Specialist — Customer Service

Ealing Council is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join its Customer and Transactional Services team as a Council Tax and Housing Benefits Customer Service Officer within the Contact Centre. You will provide accurate advice, respond to enquiries, maintain records and help ensure services are delivered efficiently, professionally and in line with relevant policies and legislation.
