Safeguarding & Operations Support Officer

St Basils is seeking an Operations Business Support & Safeguarding Officer to join the Progression Directorate. You will support operational excellence, safeguarding processes and data reporting to help protect young people experiencing homelessness.

The role involves coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and delivering training on digital systems while working with safeguarding leads, managers and quality teams to continuously improve services.
