B2B Customer Success & Accounts Executive

Job Advert based in Stevenage is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join a growing team. You will manage a portfolio of B2B customers, be their main point of contact, handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly, and identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a salary of £26,000–£28,000 per annum, a bonus scheme, generous leave, a company pension and free onsite parking.
