Lead Production Operator – Food Factory Shift Leader

Butternut Box is seeking a dedicated production shift leader for our kitchen in Blyth. You will coordinate areas, supervise on-shift operatives and improve shift productivity, reporting to the team leader.

Responsibilities include quality checks, daily handovers, stock preparation and equipment hygiene. You will work to KPIs, support other areas, and help ensure great food quality and safety while caring for our dog-focused mission.
