Shift Leader | Store Operations & Customer Experience

One Stop Stores Ltd, a Tesco subsidiary, is hiring a Shift Leader to coordinate store teams and deliver a smooth shopping trip for customers. You will oversee opening/closing, duty cover, and daily operations, ensuring safety, presentation and availability of products.

You will support the Store Manager with seasonal events, staff rosters, and driving a great customer experience across the store. A strong communicator, leader, and team player is essential.
