Front of House Concierge — London Office

Shoosmiths, a leading UK law firm, seeks a Front of House Receptionist for its new flagship London office. You will welcome clients, manage visitor sign-in, attend to room setups and coordinating events with catering and AV support.

You will work as part of Estates Management, ensuring a professional, courteous environment and high standards of confidentiality. The role includes some out-of-hours coverage and close teamwork with PAs and Legal Advisers.
