CastleBell Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Operations Executive for an experiential events agency in Shoreditch. The role focuses on keeping the studio running smoothly, supporting resource planning, freelancer management, and day-to-day operations.

You’ll work closely with creative, production and account teams, manage schedules and onboarding, and help optimise processes in a fast-paced London studio. Hybrid pattern: Tue–Thu in the office, Mon/Fri remote.
