Assistant Manager – Opening Team, Soho Cafe & Espresso

Fulvio’s is opening soon in Soho and seeking an Assistant Manager to join the opening team. You’ll lead from the floor, support the General Manager, and help create a shop customers want to return to and a team people enjoy being part of.

Experience as a hospitality supervisor or manager, a positive, coaching leadership style, and strong organisational sense are essential. Salary £30,000–£32,000 yearly, full-time, based in central London.
