Our client is a prominent leader in the field of automotive logistics and remarketing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stores Operative to be a part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control stock levels, ensuring stock is entered on IT stock management system
• Price and order parts using electronic parts catalogue (EPC)
• Store correctly in designated area, issue stock to workshop in a timely manner
• Carry six-monthly official stock counts, monitors and investigates variances
• Fulfil order and returns process
• Control consumables
• Receive, receipt and issue parts
• Train suitable operator to cover for absence

Skill Requirements and Qualifications::

• Experience within the automotive industry
• Good I.T. skills including previous experience in using electronic parts catalogue (EPC)
• Experience working within a parts environment
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong ability to work with colleagues at all levels
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High degree of customer focus and front-line communication
