Resident Experience Concierge – Front Desk & Security

Peabody is seeking a proactive Concierge Officer to deliver exceptional service at a flagship mixed-tenure development in London. You will be the first contact for residents, visitors and contractors, guiding them with a friendly, efficient front-of-house experience.

You’ll manage enquiries, process deliveries, issue access fobs, and support safety and security measures while maintaining accurate records and strong stakeholder relationships.
