As a Sales Consultant, you will provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming & professional shopping experience.
• Assist customers in selecting purchases based on their needs & budget
• Demonstrate product features, where appropriate, in a clear & engaging way
• Maintain excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with the latest product launches
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, & customer orders accurately through the till system
• Replenish stock, merchandise displays & ensure the department is clean, organised & visually appealing
• Monitor stock levels & report any shortages or discrepancies
• Support promotional events, product launches, & store campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the store to achieve team & business objectives
