Hybrid Global Sales Operations Specialist (12–15mo FTC)

Absolute Recruit Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support the global sales team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a 12-15 month FTC and hybrid work arrangement (three days in the office, two from home).

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage CRM data, generate reports, onboard customers, handle contract records, and assist account managers to optimise processes and accuracy across the sales cycle.
