Luxury Front Desk Concierge – Guest Experience Leader

Soho House is seeking a Receptionist to deliver seamless front‑of‑house service and support the day‑to‑day coordination of Club operations. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, setting a tone of discretion, efficiency, and elegance from arrival.

With 2–3 years in a front desk role within luxury hospitality or private members clubs, you will lead with calm, warmth and professionalism while guiding guests, managing reservations, and maintaining a polished reception area.
