Term-Time Student Support & Safeguarding Advisor

Access Creative College is seeking a Learner Services Advisor to support learning delivery, student welfare and safeguarding in a Birmingham centre. The role is term-time only with 37.5 hours per week, combining front-of-house duties, learner support, and administrative tasks to ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.

You will work with the Senior Learner Services Advisor and LSM to implement interventions, maintain records, and support Exam Access Arrangements. DBS clearance is required.
