Healthcare Clinic Administrator – Patient Experience

Bupa in St Albans is seeking an Administrator to join our Health Clinics team. This permanent full-time role (40 hours) supports reception and administrative functions, helping ensure the smooth running of the centre and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

You will manage customer enquiries, bookings and records, process payments, and collaborate with clinical colleagues. The role uses clinic systems such as EXACT, BOSS and Meddbase to keep information accurate and accessible.
