KEF is seeking a Customer Success Operations Specialist based in Maidstone, working hybrid with a minimum 3 days on site. You will provide front-line pre-sales and post-sales support across designated European markets, with opportunities to assist across Asia.
You will diagnose customer needs, guide on product and connectivity, and own cases through resolution, coordinating RMAs and service follow-up with distributors and partners.
