Commercial Lawyer (Fractional) | Fintech | Mid-Senior

We’re working with a fast-growing fintech business looking to bring on commercial lawyers on a fractional basis – two roles, two different profiles.

This is a great opportunity for experienced commercial lawyers who want flexibility without stepping away from substantive, high-quality work. You’ll be embedded in a busy legal function, handling international commercial contracts for a well-known consumer fintech brand.

The Roles

• Strong commercial contracts background, ideally gained in fintech or financial services
• Solid international commercial contracting experience essential
• Qualified Solicitor/lawyer in Spain, Italy, France or Poland, mid-senior level
• Fluent in the corresponding language (Spanish, Italian, French or Polish)
• Same strong commercial contracts and international experience as above

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
• Advise on international commercial arrangements, working across multiple jurisdictions
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support the business’s commercial activity
• Operate autonomously and pragmatically within a fast-paced environment
