Responsibilities

• Manage a broad mix of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion
• Handle a busy conveyancing caseload including sales and purchases, shared ownership, help-to-buy
• Work with minimal supervision as part of a conveyancing team
• Provide strong technical expertise and effective client service
• Maintain accurate, compliant file handling and communication with clients

Key requirements

• Qualified as Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with solid residential property experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge in conveyancing and excellent client skills
• Experience working as part of a conveyancing team
