Overview
In this role you own a varied residential property caseload within a reputable, multi-office law firm in Swindon. You’ll be supported by a skilled team to focus on client service while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will help grow the Swindon conveyancing offering and build strong relationships with clients, agents and solicitors. The opportunity combines hands-on conveyancing with strategic relationship development in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage a full range of residential property matters (sales, purchases, freehold/leasehold, new builds, transfers of equity, remortgages)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other solicitors
- Meet fee targets through efficient, high-quality work
- Develop introducer relationships and contribute to growing the Swindon conveyancing offering
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or CILEx in residential conveyancing
- Proactive, personable approach with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage files efficiently with support
