Responsibilities

• Manage high-value commercial property matters end-to-end (refinancing, lease work, site acquisitions, development finance, disposals)
• Advise clients including developers, investors and lenders
• Own and oversee complex transactions with significant client exposure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client mandates
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates where applicable
• Support business development and contribute to the team’s growth strategy
• Maintain high standards of client service and regulatory/commercial risk awareness

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong client-facing skills and commercial acumen
• Confident in client-facing situations
• Mentoring junior lawyers is a plus; a following welcomed
