Mechanical Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead delivery of a £60M M&E package on a large Cambridge commercial office project for a top-tier contractor. You will coordinate the in-house team and key external sub-contractors, ensuring rigorous health, safety and site standards. The role emphasizes hands-on project management, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to keep the project on track. This is a high-impact position within a prominent building services contractor, offering a clear path to leadership on major schemes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee self-delivery team

Key requirements

• Proven Mechanical Project Manager with M&E/building services experience
• Experience managing large-scale M&E fit-out projects advantageous
• Ability to coordinate multiple sub-contractors and teams
• Safety-conscious with site compliance focus
• Experience or familiarity with Fieldview reporting advantageous
